Seasons… which one is your favorite? Spring, Fall, Summer, or Winter? I love Summer… you may say I am crazy, but summer has much more fun than any other season. When is summer in the USA?

Seasons are measured by two methods, Astronomical seasons track Earth’s position concerning the sun, taking this method in 2022, June 21 to September 23 will be summer.  

Meteorological seasons track the cycle of annual temperatures. Taking this method June 1st to August 31st will be summer in the USA.

Last month the United Kingdom suffered from heat waves that melted signals and runways. Climate change is a threat to the world, so it is every individual’s responsibility to follow the ways to reduce global warming.

The normal body temperature of humans is between 97°F to 99°F (Between 36.1°C to 37.2°C). If your body temperature is over 100.4°F (38°C) you have got fever. 

Climate, Food, age, sex, time of the day, physical activity, stress, smoking, drugs, alcohol, Body weight, and the dress you wear, all can make a difference in your body temperature.

If your body temperature is 104°F during summer, you may have Hyperthermia

Overexposure to sunlight is the main cause of Skin Cancer. According to Statista, in 2022, the total estimated number of skin cancer in the US is 99780.

Heat Stroke, heat exhaustion, heat cramps, and Sunburn are common during summer. Increase in the hospitalization of people with respiratory, heart, and kidney diseases during summer time, According to CDC.
