Is Red wine Healthy?

GOOD 85%:

The majority of your glass contains water, anthocyanin (an antioxidant), and polyphenols (including tannin and resveratrol). All of these components have been demonstrated to be beneficial to your health.

Women should limit their alcohol consumption to no more than 7 drinks per week, while men should limit their alcohol consumption to not more than 14 drinks per week.

Tannin:

Some chemotherapies can cause mouth sores to emerge. In this scenario, Dr. Polite advises avoiding high-acid wines. Some patients may develop a sensitivity to cold beverages.

Some patients should abstain from alcohol entirely. It is dangerous to drink alcohol when using opioid pain relievers. Patients with liver cancer should abstain from alcohol as well. Dr. Polite does not object to moderate wine intake while having chemotherapy in general, but he highly advises working with your doctor to build a healthy approach during the recovery process.
